PROFILE

Would you like to develop new business ideas for smart sustainable cities? Do you want to experience how technologies as sensors are shaping the city of the future? Enroll now in the Summer Academy in Germany to gain entrepreneurial skills and solid knowledge on how to develop a startup idea in the smart cities field. Within an intensive two weeks program, you will get to know many of the methodologies used by the startups community to develop new products and services, spanning from design thinking to business model generation. You will work following a lean startup approach and apply immediately what you learn on a concrete business case that you will develop with an inter-disciplinary team.

Furthermore, in the Summer Academy in Germany, you will get in touch with many companies who are developing technologies for Smart Cities. You will have the chance to visit their facilities and discover how they work and expand your network of contacts.

During the last day of the school, you will pitch your business idea in front of an expert jury. Thanks to our cooperation with the Freischwimmer Accelerator, the best team might be selected to win a 50.000 Euro worth Acceleration program in Ludwigshafen.

For the Summer Academy in Germany, up to 5 scholarship covering the tuition fee will be assigned to the best candidates.
